I'm just pondering over future Home Baked Challenges and wondered if people would rather have the votes open to everyone (in a poll like this one) so that you can get your friends and/or readers to vote for your entries.
I'm interested in your thoughts on this - please vote and let me know :o)

I was going to say I don't mind, but I changed to *no*. It seems fairer for people who don't have a blog to have it judged by one judge, rather than gathering votes from supporters, iyswim?

I wouldn't want to vote for my own entry, and while it would be nice to be able to vote for someone else's, it would be fairer to do it the way you are this time I think :)

So bummed that i missed the entry. Life got the better of me, but I am excited for the next challenge.
Missed it too - will try for next month. Agree with above. Of course, you could say that each entrant could vote on one other entrant - at least then all those people would a) have put effort into it and b) would all want a fair and even result rather than just the person with the most friends since they'd have a vested interest in the result being judged that way. Just a random though :) Love the blog, will be back :)
