Our tree - in all it's wonky glory!
It took a lot of reading, fiddling and time to capture the light of the tree the way that I wanted, without manipulating the image with software (I prefer not to do that), but I think I got there in the end.
Unfortunately, I can't photograph the amazing smell, or the magical feeling that lingers in the room in it's presence but I hope that I've managed to capture some of the wonder we feel for our beautiful tree.

gorgeous and so tastefully decorated - ours is like an explosion in a decoration factory - they love it, so i am trying to!

Tech - I used to be really picky about what went where, on the tree, but am slowly learning to let go. This year Cameron did most of it - although we don't own many decorations that don't go with eachother, so I think that helps!
I have a big bag of vintage decorations that I haven't worked out what to do with yet. They were passed on from a family member but they are a bit plasticy and multicoloured.
We have a fake tree and I do miss the smell! Lovely photos!
