Test results & a frost inspired window star

I've shuffled my way up to the next difficulty level with these stars and am loving this one! Although, not so much loving the mucky window behind it! After taking this picture (that I had to crop) I've shamed myself into cleaning the windows!

Lots of people have been clicking on the tutorial links - do leave me a comment linking to your posts if you blog about your own stars, I'd love to see them.

I got my test results back from the doctor this morning and everything was clear - which is great news! Except that now I'm lacking an explanation for the exhaustion and other symptoms that have been recurring for over a year now. I've booked in for some alternative therapies over the next few weeks which will hopefully help and I'm pondering over some other changes to boost my energy levels too.
Thank you, once again, for all the support and lovely messages & comments. They have helped more than words can say x

  2. That star is gorgeous, quite snowflake-like. I might have to have a go. :) Glad the results are okay, and hope you can feel better soon. xxxx

  3. Great news on the results! Fatigue is something you can change! Less computer time at night-make a more calming bedtime routine-check if you've increased your carbs intake over the past year--more exercise? Supposedly the exercise will help you feel more energetic and sleep better. Just some ideas. I might try a few of them one of these days!

  5. Hope you find the reason or something that makes a difference soon. Love the window stars, I have a book of instructions of how to make them since I fell in love with them last year, just got to actually do it now, always the hard part for me.

  6. Glad that the results were fine...pain that you now have to go back to working out the cause though.
The star is a thing of beauty :-) We made some today!! But no idea how to link to them from here, far too technical...they're on the blog, you know where it is!! Thanks for your comments on the blog btw - Chi has really appreciated them too xx Mandy
